BEST ANDROID TIPS AND TRICKS TO SAVE BATTERY AND INCREASE PERFORMANCE #2

Hi everyone, as we all know smartphones are now very essential part of our life. All our businesses, banking apps, entertainment, etc. all are now controlled by our smartphones. But sometimes we face some situations in which battery does not last for a whole day or sometimes we face performance issues.

So, here is my article explaining everything to provide best battery life along with boost in performance for your android device.

1. Uninstall or Disable Unused Apps:
Most android devices came with some preloaded apps which are not useful to us. These apps work in the background and eats both battery and processing power of smartphones.
to disable these apps just press and hold on these apps and just click on 'i' and search for an option for uninstall or disable the app.

2. Restrict Background Usage For Apps:
Most of the apps consume battery and processing power of a processor in the background, which can be restricted by just visiting settings > Search Battery Option > Background Usage Limits> Put apps to sleep when not in use.

3. Adjust Refresh Rate of the Display:
If you want to get sone extra hours out of your device, just use adaptive screen refresh rate or just set it to 60Hz. To adjust it just visit settings>display>motion smoothness>select 60Hz.

4. Restart Your Device Timely:
It is a very good thing to restart your device timely once in a week to refresh your device and its installed apps.

5. Adjust Screen Brightness:
One of the biggest battery drains is the display. Lower your screen brightness or enable auto-brightness to optimize power usage. You'll be surprised how much battery life you can save with this simple adjustment.

6. Enable Battery Saver Mode:
Android devices offer a built-in battery saver mode that conserves power by reducing performance and limiting background activities. Enable this feature in your device settings to extend battery life during critical moments.

7. Optimize Connectivity Settings:
Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and Wi-Fi are connectivity features that can drain your battery if left enabled when not in use. Turn off these features when you don't need them to conserve battery power and extend your device's battery life.

8. Limit Push Email:
Push email continuously syncs your email in real-time, which can be a battery-intensive process. Instead, set your email app to fetch emails at specific intervals or manually refresh them when needed. This change will help conserve battery power.

9. Optimize App Settings:
Many apps have their own battery optimization settings. Take the time to review each app's settings and disable unnecessary notifications, background activities, and data syncing. By doing so, you'll reduce battery consumption without sacrificing functionality.

10. Keep Your Device Updated:
Regularly updating your Android device's operating system and installed apps can provide important bug fixes, performance enhancements, and battery optimizations. Stay up to date to ensure you're benefiting from the latest improvements.

11. Battery-Friendly Wallpaper and Widgets:
Avoid using live wallpapers or widgets that constantly update and consume battery power. opt for static wallpapers and minimalistic widgets to reduce battery drain and improve overall performance. If your device has AMOLED display it is always recommended to use dark wallpapers.

12. Use Dark Mode:
If your device has OLED or AMOLED display it is always recommended to use dark mode as these displays just shuts off the pixels where there is dark black color on some areas on the display.

By implementing these practical tips, you can significantly extend the battery life and performance on your Android phone. Adjusting settings, managing app usage, and optimizing battery-intensive features will help you make the most of your device's battery capacity. Enjoy the convenience of longer battery life and worry less about running out of power when you need it most.

CONVERT YOUR OLD LAPTOP INTO NAS SERVER

Network Attached Storage (NAS) is a type of storage device that is designed to be connected to a network and provide file-level data access to multiple users or clients. NAS devices are specialized computers that are optimized for data storage, management, and access. NAS devices typically consist of one or more hard drives that are arranged in a RAID configuration to provide redundancy and data protection. They are equipped with network interfaces such as Ethernet ports, which allow them to be connected to a local area network (LAN) or a wide area network (WAN). Once connected to the network, the NAS device can be accessed by multiple clients or users, who can then use it to store, retrieve, and share files. NAS devices are popular in both home and business environments, where they are used to store a wide range of data, including documents, photos, videos, music, and other multimedia files.
